The traditional annual Traslación of the Black Nazarene procession will be held on January 9, 2025. Viva Poong Jesus Nazareno!
All are welcome to participate in the activities and celebrate in a sacred, safe and orderly manner the commemoration of the solemn transfer of the image of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ from Intramuros to Quiapo Church.
The Nazareno 2025 – Debosyon, Traslación, Misyon will start with a Walk of Thanksgiving (Lakad Pasasalamat) on midnight of December 31. Assembly is on the evening of December 30. Quiapo Church will then have nine-day Novena Masses starting December 31, 2024 to January 8, 2025.
A Barangay Visitation in Basic Ecclesial Community within Quiapo District is scheduled from January 1 to 6, replica and standarte blessing on January 2, and activities are also going to be held at the Quirino Grandstand in Luneta from January 6 to 9.
