The Life of Jesus (Gospel of John) is a three-hour, epic, feature film produced in 2003 that portrays the life of Jesus Christ as written in the Gospel of John.
It is based on the ‘Good News Bible’ translation of the ‘American Bible Society’.
The movie is a word-for-word adaptation of the said translation that precisely follows the Good News according of John, without addition from other Gospels nor deduction of its complex passages.
Therefore Jesus did many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name.
“The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.”
“This is eternal life, that they should know you, the only true God, and him whom you sent, Jesus Christ.”
